Client’s Recognition and Approval of Terms
Any order placed on this website will be subjected to the terms and conditions Maxvisits.com (“us” or “we) have laid out. When you place an order, you (“client”) are agreeing to these terms and acknowledge that you (“client”) have read and understood them.

Should any of these be added to the website after its approval, the campaign will cease immediately and the client will not be refunded for his traffic purchase. Furthermore if we discover you are trying to get around our ToS a refund will also not be granted.
We also hold the right to refuse service to anyone we choose. A refund will be provided if we refuse service.
After a client places an order, we manually set up his or her c-panel and web traffic campaign. Once this has been completed, an email containing the login information will be sent to the client. Typically, this happens within 12 hours, however emails are only sent out during our office hours as listed on our Contact Page. The campaign will then become active after our tech team has approved the landing page. Most traffic campaigns are activated within 24 hours after ordering. However, Pop-under, Adult, and Alexa traffic campaigns are not activated on weekends.
All new client orders will have a delivery speed of at least 5 days set. Due to the nature of our business and the risk of fraudulent orders, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves. Once we have established a positive history with a client, delivery speed can be set for under 5 days. Since we only send real traffic, we cannot guarantee the delivery speed. In some GEO / Niche target combinations we do not have the inventory to deliver at a high daily volume.
The client is responsible for any mistakes made during the ordering process. If the client provides us the wrong URL, GEO, or niche in the beginning and notifies us of the error, we will gladly make the change. However, any traffic that was generated during the mistake will not warrant a refund. If a client happens to buy web traffic more than once by mistake, we can refund for the extra traffic or split the order up into various traffic campaigns (minimum being 5,000 visitors). However, once the campaign has been set up, we cannot split the traffic or offer a refund for the extra traffic.
Clients will be provided with a c-panel to track their traffic campaigns. We will also set up a goo.gl link with google, which will allow clients to get more detailed tracking information. If a client wishes to install a script for tracking on his or her website, we recommend using www.statcounter.com or www.extremetracking.com. We do not recommend using Google Analytics, Awstats, and other similar 3rd party scripts. They are not accurate with our delivery method.
Should a client's website, for whatever reason, become unavailable, the client holds us blameless. Should the unavailability be from over-ordering (more traffic than client hosting can handle), the client is responsible for buying traffic. We have no knowledge of the hosting plan of a client so we cannot promise uptime. Any traffic delivered during the downtime is not refundable. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that his or her website is in working order and to stop the traffic with the use of the provided c-panel if the website becomes unavailable.
We do not guarantee a client will receive sales / signups / conversions from the web site traffic we send. Our only guarantee is that we will send the traffic our client ordered. So, if nothing comes from the traffic sent, we are held blameless and will not issue a refund.
While it is possible, we also can not guarantee earnings through Adsense or other advertiser networks. Also, our Web Traffic, Mobile Traffic, and Expired domain traffic are not safe for adsense. Our Traffic Wizard and Popunder Traffic are safer, but we do not guarantee account safety.
The only time a client is eligible for a refund is if the order was not completely fulfilled as determined by our system and the goo.gl link set up. Refunds will not be offered based on unrecommended trackers. A client can choose to have more cheap traffic sent to fill the order or be refunded for the traffic not sent. The request will be respected within seven days after the delivery completion date has passed. Past that, no refund will be granted.
For our Traffic Wizard, we will only refund unspent funds. Funds that have been spent, will not be refunded.
As mentioned in our FAQ, we can not guarantee our Alexa traffic will increase your Alexa ranking. Alexa rankings are based on more that just traffic. So we do not offer refunds for our Alexa traffic based on a lack of increased rankings. A refund would only be offered if we can determine our system did not send the traffic.
Please note, we do not have a bitcoin wallet, we use a third party to process bitcoins, which sells the bitcoins right away. So we are unable to refund via bitcoins. If you make a purchase with bitcoins, we can refund the balance via paypal for you.
We honor all refund requests for unspent traffic / funds. If you choose to file a chargeback instead, you will owe all fees and related expenses to that chargeback. In some cases we may take legal action against you.
In no event shall we be held liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising from the use of our service. We cannot be held responsible if your account is banned by any CPA or affiliate program. It is suggested you read carefully the Terms of Service of any program you are planning to use with our service to make sure it is in compliance with their ToS.
If any of these are added to the website after we have begun the boost, the boost will be stopped and no refund will be provided.
After you purchase, our support team will request our technical team create an htm file unique for your alexa boost campaign. Usually it will be ready within 24 hours and be sent with instructions. The link you send back to the file will be placed in to our system and the boost will begin. Your Alexa rank will then begin to decrease and should be noticeable within 72 hours on Alexa.com.
If a client enters the wrong website during the order process, we could stop the boost once it begins, but we will not credit the client with the time spent boosting the wrong site. It is the client’s responsibility to enter the correct information when ordering.
If a client’s website becomes unavailable, for whatever reason, the client will hold us blameless. Ensuring the client’s website is in working order is the responsibility of the client. Refunds will not be offered based on down time.
The Alexa Website Booster will not directly cause sales, sign ups, or conversions.
Our 30 day boost will bring your 1 month Alexa ranking in to the top 30k. Alexa unfortunately has decided to no longer show the 1 month ranking, even if you verify your account. So the ranking can't be verified. Our 90 day boost, will bring the ranking shown on Alexa down to the top 30k and can be verified. If you do not reach the top 30k on the 90 day boost, and it was caused by a problem on our end, we will extend the boost until your ranking reaches the top 30k.
The ranking guarantee is a global ranking. We do not and can not guarantee any specific GEO rankings.
Editing the htm file or moving its location will interrupt our system and stop the boost. If you do this, we hold the right to terminate the boost and not refund your payment. Usually one warning will be given unless the edits to the file are done to try and cheat our system.

Adding any of the above after a campaign has been removed will cause the cancellation of the campaign and a refund will not be provided.
Your order will be manually processed within 24 hours and an email confirming this will be sent. The email campaign will then be put in to our queue. We limit the amount of email campaigns we send out daily so our lists aren’t over-advertised. Your campaign should send within seven business days, but typically it is within two business days after being queued.
The daily limit chosen while ordering cannot be guaranteed since it may exceed the inventory available. We do not have a large inventory of every GEO / Niche target combination, but if that does happen, we will still stick to our guarantee policy as listed below.
Mistakes during the ordering process are the responsibility of the client. We will gladly correct any errors made, but once an email campaign has been put in to our queue, the mistakes will not be correctable.
A stats panel to track CTR will be provided to clients.
If a client’s website becomes unavailable, for whatever reason, the client shall hold us blameless. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that his or her website is in working order. Client also understands we cannot stop traffic from emails that have been sent out and we do not refund for traffic received during a down time.
No guarantees are made that the traffic received from the email campaign will result in signups / sales / conversions.
Our email campaigns have a guaranteed click through rate (CTR) of 3%. Meaning, if you order a 10,000 email campaign, we guarantee you will have 300 click throughs. If after seven business days that number isn’t reached, we will resend about 25% of the original purchase order out. The actual percentage depends on the shortfall. The responses on any given email campaign cannot be guaranteed, so it may take up to 90 days to deliver the full amount of click throughs.
If an email campaign that complies with our terms of service is unable to be sent out, the client will receive a full refund. Once a campaign begins, no refunds will be offered. If the CTR is not reached, a refund will not be offered. However, continued mailings as explained in our CTR Guarantee will be carried out.
In no event shall we be held liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising from the use of our service. It is suggested you carefully read the terms of service for any CPA or affiliate program you wish to use this service with to make sure it is in compliance with their terms. We cannot be held responsible if your account is banned.
We will not share any client data with any third parties. We also will not store any payment data since paypal and 2checkout will be handling your payment information.
The services we offer and this website are not associated, affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by Google or any of the third party tracking scripts we recommend. Nor have those companies reviewed, tested, or certified our services.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state courts located in Onondaga County, New York. In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its fees and costs, including reasonable legal fees.
